Training clothes and towel

In Gocław we exercise barefoot or in socks.

In Zdrofit, we exercise in shoes, preferably with flat soles. You will also need a padlock for the locker (you can buy it on site) and a membership a a partner card for Zdrofit Gym.

In Zdrofit Yes, you need a membership or a partner carat, e.g. Multisport

In Gocław No, the trainings take place in a private training room, where you train yourself, you can choose the music and there is no queue to the equipment and entry to the room is included in the price of the classes.

No problem in Gocław

Zdrofit ONZ is located in the very center in the paid parking zone.

Zdrofit Konstruktorska has its own parking lot if there is no space outside.

Sure, classes can be canceled or postponed, the only rule is to do it no later than 8:00 p.m. the day before. Otherwise, they're considered as taken.

Yes, of course it is possible to take a shower. In Zdrofit there are also Saunas

Yes, the only condition is to have a space to conduct the training and possibly training equipment if necessary.

Yes, the cost of an additional person taking part in the training is +50 PLN. Here, however, it is worth remembering that this is a training of two people, not two separate trainings. I encourage you to think about whether you have similar training goals and want to do similar exercises.

In Gocław Yes, children can stay in the changing room or enter the room. However, it is important to be able to train during training, so I encourage you to ask yourself if it will be possible with children. In Zdrofit No

No, unfortunately I do not specialize in training in these age groups and with a few exceptions, I encourage you to go to someone who knows better about it.

In Gocław Yes, I have a dog. It does not enter the training room, and the entire space is regularly cleaned and the air filter works all day long. However, people with severe allergies may feel uncomfortable.

No, you don’t need any experience, you will learn everything from the beginning.
