Where Do The Trainings Take Place?

What Do I Need To Take With Me To Training?
Training clothes and towel we train barefoot or in socks
Do I need a gym membership?
No, the trainings take place in a private training room, where you train yourself, you can choose the music and there is no queue to the equipment and entry to the room is included in the price of the classes.
Will I Find A Parking Space?
No problem in Gocław
Can I Cancel Classes?
Sure, classes can be canceled or postponed, the only rule is to do it no later than 8:00 p.m. the day before. Otherwise, they're considered as taken.
Is It Possible To Take A Shower?
Yes, of course it is possible to take a shower.
Is It Possible To Train ONLINE?
Yes, the only condition is to have a space to conduct the training and possibly training equipment if necessary.
Can 2 People Take Part In The Training?
Yes, the cost of an additional person taking part in the training is +50 PLN. Here, however, it is worth remembering that this is a training of two people, not two separate trainings. I encourage you to think about whether you have similar training goals and want to do similar exercises.
Can I Come To The Training With My Children?
Yes, children can stay in the changing room or enter the room. However, it is important to be able to train during training, so I encourage you to ask yourself if it will be possible with children.
Can People Under 18 Or Over 65 Come To The Training?
No, unfortunately I do not specialize in training in these age groups and with a few exceptions, I encourage you to go to someone who knows better about it.
Are There Animals In The Space?
Yes, I have a dog. It does not enter the training room, and the entire space is regularly cleaned and the air filter works all day long. However, people with severe allergies may feel uncomfortable.
Do I Need To Have Any Training Experience?
No, you don’t need any experience, you will learn everything from the beginning.
Can I Come To Training After An Injury?
If you have any doubts, I encourage you to consult a doctor or physiotherapist to make sure that your body is ready for the effort.
